SeerPharma UK is the UK arm of the International pharmaceutical compliance organisation. It is established and successful in running one-to-one and one-to-group classroom courses. But this model is not scalable as there is an upper limit to the numbers per training group and therefore there’s an upper limit to the income each expert trainer can achieve.
By supplementing their in-person training with eLearning, the expertise of each trainer can be increased to one-to-infinity.
